The other way around ;-). The backend_settings.txt should
be a number. You should use the real IP address of the
backend host in backend_settings.txt so that it will work
with future features. Having the real IP address is the
main purpose of this file.

The mysql.txt should have a host name. "localhost" is
fine for now.
