2 general setup questions, I looked in the archives/docs didn't find an
answer to this.
What is the # of simultaneous transcoders option for.what are
transcoders?
What is the master backend override option do?  It said something about
streaming and deleting, if I have backend/frontend on one comp do I want
it enabled or disabled?
