[mythtv-users] quick boot

Running Mandrake 9.1
Is there a way to make MythTV boot immediately w/ all modules?
Can it skip loading, or more importantly showing, the GUI even though 
MythTV needs it?

Is there a list of the minimum Mandrake modules needed to just run MythTV?

Obviously I am trying to reduce boot time & make it truly remote friendly 
for Linux illiterate users.
I've seen this idea before -Any thoughts? Links to answers are 
appreciated.
