Excellent! I need to make a few corrections to it. Such as, for us
homemade serial guys, you do not need to have the IRQ/BAUD in the
modules.conf. When you initially configure the driver it should keep
those settings for you.

I'm elated that I could help you get your gray remote working. I have a
hauppauge also, I may take the time to see what the steps are to get it
working.

Hey Ken,

Thanks for this short little tutorial! I've been having problems
getting my Hauppage PVR-250 grey remote working, and this tutorial
finally got me through it. Nothing is holding me up now! Thanks so
much!

Bryan
