This is the case I have, you can get it at www.directron.com 
(http://www.directron.com/atc620.html) for 89.00.  I love it.  Looks great, 
I pulled the power supply out of this case 
http://www.directron.com/acercase.html.  It a small(145w) quiet power 
supply.  I was concerned about the wattage, but it seems to be fine and 
I've got my system loaded GeForce2MX, 2 ATI TV Wonders, SBLive5.1, Athlon 
XP 2000+, 80G Maxtor, 40G Maxtor, and DVD.  It's pretty quiet, if there is 
nothing on in the room, I can hear it, but if the ceiling fan is on I can't 
here the machine.  I did replace the case fan with a low RPM version as 
well.
