You can find the M10000 Nehemiah at www.idot.com 

They list the Ezra and Nehemiah separately.  +$10 for
the Nehemiah.  It's where I got mine and it shows up
under dmesg as nehemiah.

I use a matrox g200 pci  for MJpeg capture, so I can't
answer if it handles mpeg4 well from a normal tv tuner
card, assuming that's what you are using.
