[mythtv-users] MythVideo settings file modification

This is covered in the HOWTO. Just save your settings dir to someplace, e.g.

cp -r /usr/local/share/mythtv ~/.mythtv

and then copy them back after doing a make install.

Btw, mythgame also has a mythgame-settings.txt file which gets overwritten
(dunno about mythgallery, I don't use it). A full GUI config would be
necessary to remove the settings files, and saving the settings to the
database. Maybe you can volunteer... ;)
