[mythtv-users] Channel list order in the UK

Hi List!

A question for the UK people here. I'm having trouble getting the EPG to
display the channels in the correct order, ie:
1 BBC1
2 BBC2
3 ITV1
4 CH4
5 CH5

I used mythfilldatabase --manual so that I could specify channel id and
I gave them 1-5 as above. However, there is no option in MythTV to order
by channel id (I'm not sure what "database order" means, but it's not
channel id!). Can someone who has the ordering correctly, please let me
know how they did it?
