It should be in CVS sometime this week.  I used the osd NewDialogBox()
to make a 'menu' that can be popped up during playback.  Right now
the only things on there are Commercial Auto-Skip On/Off (this
is a temporary setting) and Auto-Expire On/Off.

Since 'O' is used to bring up browse mode during LiveTV, I re-used
that key to popup this menu when watching a recording.

The code does something like this already for skipping backwards.  I
added it to my TODO list to add a feature like this for skip forward.
