I maintain what I posted a couple of days ago. The Pundit hardware can 
only support processors with the 533MHz front side bus, the P4-B series 
CPUs. The P4 2.4C is an 800MHz FSB and will not work. The Primary 
limitation is in the chipset, not the BIOS, and the Pundit uses an 
SIS651/962 chipset. I presume that it does not support 800FSB, because 
only Intel has such a chipset right now. My advice is to exchange your 
2.4C P4 with an older P4 2.4. The board can't take the 2.4C.
