[mythtv-users] Channel split and assignment

Has anyone been successfull splitting a channel list or even using more then
one input on a single tuner? After the last mess I had I decided to install
from scratch. My provider has two listings for channels, one digital, one
analog, what I did was defined both sources and then in the config file (for
the digital side), put a 'not ' in front of the analog channels to prevent
having them shown twice in the menu, then assigned the analog channels to the
second card on 'Television' (/dev/video1) and the digital channels (99 - 500)
to the S-Video 0 interface on the ivtv card. The only channels I can get are
the digital ones now even though when I test using xawtv, I can see the
channel on the analog feed off the second card but I can't change channels to
anything under 99.

Also, can myth switch between inputs on a single device? I'd like to use both
the analog on each card for the lower channels so I can record on them as well
as watch TV at the same time, juts not sure if there's any way for Myth to
pick which card it gets the signal from.

The last thing I noticed is when I hit 'o' to have the browse menu and time
show up, its grey scale ... I'm wondering if I compiled something wrong or
forgot to install something else?

Any help or suggestions are seriously appreciated, this is my second scratch
build, I'm learning, but I can't seem to isolate a few issues still.

Thanks,
Lonny
