To get a screen shot of a playing video screen (the menus & GUIs don't 
use Xv), just run mythfrontend with the "NO_XV" environment variable 
set, like so:

	env NO_XV=1 mythfrontend

This forces Myth to fall back to MIT-SHM output methods.  It'll tax your 
CPU more to do the scaling, but it's good for getting a screenshot.
