I'd still probably say the PVR-350.  It's not cheap; it typically sells 
for close to USD$200.  It's not a video card per se, but it gives 
better quality TV-out than any video card because it supports true 
interlaced output to your TV.  Plus, you get the added benefit of 
hardware encoding/decoding.  If you need to have a video card in the 
box to boot, or to attach a monitor or whatever, you can pick up a 
decent one for $20.  If you want to run Myth through the video card, 
you'll probably want a faster machine, though a GeForce4 MX might help 
since it's got XvMC-assisted decoding (nowhere near as good as the 
PVR-350's decoding, though).
