Hello,

I updated to ivtv-alpha (with the new pvr-350 decoder support) and I am
now having a problem getting the audio to work right. The audio plays
with a lower pitch (like it would if it were running slightly slow
motion) and contains a sort of buzz/crackle. The volume is also lower
than it was. Has anyone else had any problems with audio after
upgrading ivtv lately (last month or so)?

Since this was the alpha code, I tried current ivtv/CVS and it does the
same thing.

Of course I wipped out my working version so now I am stuck...

I have tried all the ivtv setting which are related but nothing works.

I know it is recording the mpeg files wrong because I can play
previously recorded programs and they sound fine. It is only new
recordings.

I also know it is the ivtv driver because the problem exists when I do:

cat /dev/video0 > /tmp/test
mplayer /tmp/test

I know there is an ivtv list, but I am hoping someone over here might
have had this and figured it out. If so, please let me know...

Thanks for any help!
Dick
