[mythtv-users] mythweb: suppressing recordings

I've been considering adding a "don't record" table to the database,
then adding support for it to the scheduler in mythbackend. Would be a
much cleaner way to support "Do not record this episode". Was thinking
of having "D" on the "Fix Scheduling Conflicts" page to trigger it.
