ld.so.conf had an entry for /usr/local/qt/lib, which I removed, then executed
ldconfig. I also removed /usr/local/qt-x11-free-3.0.4, and several libqt.so*
files I found floating around in /usr/lib. But after a 'make clean' and
'make', I see get the same problem :-/
