Yeah, I played with this when I lived in Switzerland and have had some
success with it in the UK too.

It's great for when programs over run and the one you're interested in ends
up starting late. You still get the whole program, not the program minus the
last 5 minutes. It's technically possible to pause recording too (anyone
fancy turning recording off during adverts?) but it has to be implemented by
the broadcaster, who of course don't do it cos the advertisers would get a
bit pissed off..

You don't get that with VideoPlus.. it just maps digits to start and stop
times, schedule over-runs still screw you up.
