[mythtv-users] PVR-250 Setting bitrate

/usr/lib/ivtv/test_ioctl -c bitrate=2500000,bitrate_peak=5000000

Yields about 1.3 GB/hour on my box. YMMV, but it yeilds perfectly
acceptable video.  After all, its only TV...
