[mythtv-users] Hauppauge WinTV-D Digital TV Receiver

I am new to MythTV but am working on building my first set up. I am going to
build a test box and if everything works well I am going to build a two tuner
dedicated box. My goal is to be able to record 2 shows and watch a 3rd recorded
one or time-shift one of the recording ones. The only item I need for the test
box is a tuner card.

I will not be using this on cable only the antenna to grab local channels, of
which almost all are broadcasting digital signals. So I was looking at
Hauppauge WinTV-D Digital TV card.

I was looking getting one that has hardware MPEG-2 that works with MythTV. This
will help later with runnning two tuners. On the hardware list at
http://pvrhw.goldfish.org/tiki-page.php?pageName=pvrhw_tuners
it only lists Hauppauge WinTV PVR as supportsing hardware MPEG-2.

Does the WinTV-D have a hardware encoder? 
If so does MythTV support the hardware MPEG-2 encoder on the WinTV-D?

Does MythTV support the Digital channels on the WinTV-D?
