Do the bitrates in the profiles actually work for hardware encoding
(PVR-250/350) at this time? I had thought that they had no effect on the
encoding settings for the PVR cards. I've been using my own scripts to
set the bitrates because I didn't see any effect from changing the
settings in the profiles. I wonder what I did wrong.
