A quick hack that worked for me was change the line at around 135 or so
in tv_grab_sn to this:
# The base timezone ("winter time") for Sweden and Norway
my $BASE_TZ = "GMT";
Then I deleted all info in the program table with 'delete from program',
and reran mythfilldatabase.
