Just get a cheap NVIDIA-based card.  One that supports TV-out, if you
want to do composite.  If you're going to do any type of conversion from
VGA, wait 'till you are ready to go the HDTV route and buy a
VGA->Component adapter.  Otherwise, just get one of the NVIDIA boards...
