I've always kept the default pvr-250 settings, and going from .11 to .12
has decreased my recording sizes from 3.7GB/hour to 2.2GB/hour.
Considering I can't tell the difference in quality it's a good thing for
me, but I would still like to know what has changed.  Anyone?
