[mythtv-users] conflict resolution

Perhaps the following conflict resolution option would be nice as well:
Priority - If you have overlapping shows, indicate which show
takes priority in terms of complete recording, ie:
Show #1 12:00am to 1:00am
Show #2 12:45am to 1:45am
If you want to record all of Show #2 and whatever
you can get of Show #1, set Show #2 with priority
over Show #1. That way, when 12:45am comes around,
Myth will automatically stop recording Show #1 and
begin recording Show #2.
If you want to record all of Show #1 and whatever
you can get of Show #2, set Show #1 with priority
over Show #2. That way, when 1:00am comes around,
Myth will stop recording Show #1 normally, and
begin recording Show #2.
Perhaps when you initially set a program to record, you can set a
flag that indicates that it takes Priorty over any show that it
might overlap with.
Unfortunately, I can't code in. It would take me a long time
to get up to speed on how to make changes to the Myth code, although
I am willing to learn.

I'll be looking for a patch in my inbox soon, then.
