[mythtv-users] giganamous font sizes in .12 front end

I updated from 0.11 to .12 w/o a problem, however I just rebuilt my system
from scratch and the OSD fonts in the front end are so large I can't see
more than three digits of the time in the playback recording screen.
Changing the font size in settings has no effect on the frontend playback
recording font.  Both systems are with Redhat 9 w/o special fonts added and
at 800x600 screen size so I don't know what is going on.

Am I missing something setting here or did something change??
