Can someone send me a recent tarball of dvbtune and dvbstream? The whole
sourceforge CVS seems to be pretty broken right now and I have a brand new
card I want to get going.

Also is there more of a write up apart from this

on adding Ben/Kenneth's stuff to Myth? There seems to be a few extra files
since the 0.1 release.
