I agree... since you have 2 video cards, you could run 2 X servers, and only
set up mouse/keyboard input for one of them.  The other one (Myth) would use
the native Myth LIRC support (assuming you're planning on using a remote...)

I'm not saying it would be easy (probably a configuration nightmare), but I
think it would be possible.
