[mythtv-users] Question for Pundit users

I have built a box in the past week that uses a Geforce2 for video out. 
When watching live tv (and sometimes recordings), there is a very slightly
noticeable jerkiness or lag in the video.

Do pundit users, with the different type of video out, experience this? 
I'm playing with the idea of a Pundit purchase, but wonder if I'll suffer
the same malady.

Just how different in appearance from normal cable is the pundit video?
