Anyways, the docs are always in flux, as the software is still under 
development.  It's tough to keep FAQs up to date.  For instance, this 
new "run qmake" thing was a recent change.  But it would be a good 
addition to the top of section 5 in the docs, right after the commands 
on how to retrieve the stuff from CVS.

As for finding the setup program, it's in the docs.  Section 9.1.
