[mythtv-users] Installation Red Hat 9

Just getting started w9th Linux and got interested in mythtv.  Found this
site

with directions for installing under rh9 using WinTV 250 card.  Problem is I
can't get past the installing the apt package.  The directions indicate this

# rpm -ivh
http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/dist/rh9/atrpms-kickstart/atrpms-kickstart
-9-3.i386.rpm

It doesn't work.  Reports unknown error from site.

I'm a Microsoft guy so take it easy on me, I know this is a newbie question.
