I wasn't too concerned about the overclockability, but the lack of speed
control is interesting.
I haven't felt like the price justifies the need for an Intel board in my
setup. If I had, the IS-1x series is a great (although where in the US can I
find the VA-11 or the IS-12? ) choice and includes SATA if I am not
mistaken.
Of course, I could just get the VA-10 or the Chaintech and be done with it,
but I really think the Firewire would be helpful to me.
