[mythtv-users] remove channels

What's the right way to remove channels that I don't receive?  For
example, HBO.  Or channels that I want to pretend I don't receive, such
as Home Shopping Network?

And along similar lines, is there an option to have mythfilldatabase
automatically detect when new channels are added and include them
without re-adding channels that have been manually disabled?

With my ReplayTV, there's an option under the setup menu to scroll
through the program guide and select which channels are active.  It
still collects the guide information for unselected channels, but never
displays that information.

Personally, I would love to have an "active" checkbox in the channel
editor (and in the corresponding page in MythWeb).
