Unless you backed up your MySQL database, no, you can't get it back. 
You have to back up your database (or reconstruct it from scratch) or
Myth won't recognize the shows.  Use the command:

mysqldump -p mythconverg > mythconverg.sql
Be sure you do leave the mythconverg part!
Then you can load it back into mysql in the new system with:
mysql -p < mythconverg.sql
