[mythtv-users] Timezones and Dual Booting

I've always left the hardware clock on UTC, and I think that this is the
general procedure for most. Configure the OS to manage the timezones
and switching to/from daylight savings time. It will save you a lot of
trouble, as you're finding out. :)
