Does too :-)

When playing back a DVB stream whose source is clearly interlaced (many TV
series, local news, sports, etc.) there are very clear interlace
artifacts. When the stream consists of material from a non-interlaced
source, such as movies, most (higher-budget) TV series, etc., the
artifacts do not appear.

Since the DVB stream is not re-encoded or otherwise modified in any
substantial way when recorded by Myth (or when watching liveTV), I'm
inclined to believe that your lack of interlace artifacts is caused by the
encoding done to the analogue video.

FWIW, I'm using a MSI K7N2G. I get the exact same behaviour re: artifacts
with an ATI-based card instead of the integrated graphics.
