How did you apply the prepdma patch?  I am not sure what to do with diff
files

I running the latest MythTV CVS with ivtv-0.1.9 + prepdma patch +
Mathias' X driver and everything is mostly working.  Some times I will
lose the ability to select items (buttons, recordings, etc.) and have to
kill mythfrontend before I can continue.  That is really the only issue
that I am having with my system, but it isn't that big of one.

Hmmm, interesting.... IIRC, there were some patches applied recently
dealing with mouse behavior (hiding/visibility of cursor, focus, etc).
You might start there...
