Yes, there are plenty of better options for MP3 jukeboxes if you want a 
web-based (or any other type) of frontend.  However, if you want 
something to integrate into your home entertainment center, to display 
on your TV, and to be easily controlled with only an IR remote, then 
MythTV is probably the best option...
