[mythtv-users] Use of videos

Hi,

I'm still getting used to the myth system and have just added in DVD playing and
ripping. 

When I rip a DVD it doesn't automatically appear in my videos. I have to go to
video lists first, try and pull the data back from the IMDB database and then
and only then does it appear in the videos. Is this the normal behavior?

Also I can't find the home page for any of the plugins? the links on the
myth.org web site are broken.
