This is entire speculation, but after doing a bit of a snooping, the
server appears to be at Oxford Uni... It's possible that it's hosted in
Halls and the owner has gone home for the Easter break... Just my 2c.

Looks like the whole site is down. Let's hope it's a temporary 
glitch.... I'd hate to have to go seek out yet another UK TV listings 
source..
