Ive been unable to get there using apt-get all day, which is why I tried
a traceroute.

[root at alice2 root]# rpm -Uvh
http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/dist/fc1/atrpms-kickstart/atrpms-kicks
tart-20-1.rhfc1.at.i386.rpm
Retrieving

tart-20-1.rhfc1.at.i386.rpm
error: skipping

It works from here (both atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de and
atrpms.net). Perhaps your browser deals badly with permanent
redirects?

I don't know if traceroute/ping ever worked (as there is a firewall in
front). Best test/diagnosis is the following:

echo -e "GET / HTTP/1.0\n" | nc atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de 80
