 I have an Nforce2 board with onboard GF4 mx440 , as well as a 
Predator MX440 and I can tell you that they are VERY VERY different 
in the quality of the TV Out. Certainly if you get a picture
from the onboard video that you are satisified with it then certainly
go with that, but so far I have yet to see any onboard TV Outs that matched
what comes off the Predator.
