[mythtv-users] Editing DVB recordings with avidemux

How do I do this?

Currently I get the following error:

mplayer can work with the same file.

Somebody said it is because it is recorded in PES format, and that I
should use the "remux" program to convert the file; however they
didn't say where I could get this remux program from?

So how do I do this? An open source solution is preferred, if
possible.
