[mythtv-users] Cable box serial control

Not the typical question here.

Anyone know exactly what to tell the cable company to enable the serial
port on a DCT-2000?

I called, Comcast and they said they had no control over the serial
port, either it worked or it didn't.

I know I read somewhere on here or AVS what parameter the cable tech had
to set to enable it but I can't find that info for love nor money.
