[mythtv-users] DVB Transcode Errors ?

I have successfully ebnabled my Hauppauge DEC2000T USB runnig on Gentoo
2.6.5 and Mythtv 0.14. All is now functioning (after reading a number of
posts from this forum), however I appear to have one significant issue
left.

The streams are capturing and I have lovely digital tv quality streams,
however the transcoding does not appear to work . I have triedturning
stuff on and off but I suspect I am missing something simple. 

I enabled verbose logging on the backend and this is what is being seen
in the log

Any ideas would be much appreciated ,becuase the uncompressed video is
starting to eat my hard drive
