Wow! I have a completely opposite, yet compatible, view about political
correctness. I try to ignore the differences in people and concentrate on
the similarities. I don't see any reason why we need African-Americans,
Gay/Lesbians, rich or poor. People are people, simple. When we start
celebrating our differences, we start to compartmentalize each other. Note
though, that I wouldn't want to FORCE someone into a norm. I just overlook
the differences.

Well said. It's getting to the point where we have to consult a PC dictionary
before we say anything to make sure SOMEONE won't be offended.
