You can't commercial flag on a frontend, only on a backend.  So if you want
to run all commercial flagging jobs on your frontend computer, you actually
have to install and run the mythbackend program.  You don't have to define
any video cards on the backend, just set it up to talk to the master and
then go into the settings screen and setup the new "backend" as the
commercial flagging host.

If you want to stop shows from flagging, use the Menu on the Watch
Recordings screen.
