[mythtv-users] One for alll remote and lirc - requires double

There are only 256 distinct IR codes, meaning only the last two numbers
in each key code is really significant. From there, it just loops. 195d
(hex) is equal to 015d (hex) plus a multiple of 256, they're
functionally the same key press. Use either or, doesn't matter.
