Hello together,

Since four days I am trying to get MythTV 0.15 to work w/ my DVB-s card
(actually, an Hauppauge Nexus-s). I am using it on Debian sid w/ Linux
2.6.7. Previously, I got a VDR up and running and mythtv-setup also
detects the card (test menu reveals signal quality bar).
However, when starting the frontend, I always get the following error
when trying to watch TV:

I am curoius about the channel 3 prob, having also tried to erase this
channel from the DB (channel, dvb_channel, dvb_pids) and setting no
initial channel in mythtv-setup.

The rest is running perfectly fine (I installed it using the .deb files
as referenced on this page. Also, after running tv_grab_de (TV Today
version, running for ages) and then running mythfilldatabase --manual,
nothing seems to get into the DB. This i manually inserted settings for
German TV stations as found from others.
Thus, my additional question: does tv_grab only get the guide or does it
also contain channel info such as frequency, transponder etc.?
For me, it seems not to... if I only could import my working
channels.conf from vdr (okay, I found several Perl scripts, but many
people stated it does not work and also I do not know if my
channels.conf is in the szap format at all... :-/

Sorry for my long posint, but perhaps anyone can hint me to something
useful (yes, I alsi read some HOWTOs on that...)

Thanks for any help!
