Yeah, I think there is something missing there... the $1314 is for a KW Hour 
at 15 cents all year... that would be using 1000w per hour.  Three or four 
PC's would eat that up, but thats not the cost savings for a little 
difference in watts

I am not sure of the breakout from there, but  I have to agree with Brian...
