[mythtv-users] New gentoo ebuilds

At Request of Isaac all cvs ebuilds are removed.

Awaiting the official insertion of mythtv 0.14 I've put up the mythtv 0.14 and all plugins on my overlay site: http://epia.kalf.org/portage/media-tv and media-libs/

I'm currently working on the mythbrowser ebuild. It still needs some tweaking. I need to find out all dependencies.
